OPTI-LYNX™ Trap Cartridges combine the convenience of our quick-connect holder with a versatile selection of packed-bed cartridges to offer chromatographers numerous options for on-line or off-line sample clean-up and pre-concentration. Each cartridge shares the same external dimensions, allowing you to use different diameters and porosities with the same holder hardware. OPTI-LYNX™ Traps are available in packed-bed volumes of 4 µL to 100 µL with a wide range of standard and custom packings. Whether you want to separate a peptide digest from its matrix for further analyses, or prepare a dilute small molecule sample for LC injection without any sample loss - OPTI-LYNX™ Traps are the ideal tool to optimize your technique. These columns can be loaded and regenerated repeatedly for maximum value.
Optimize Technologies EXP™ Trap Cartridge, 1mm x 5mm, 3.0µm EXP, 3.0µm EXP, Protein, 3pk (Pressure Limit : 6000psi)
The Hand-Tight EXP™ Trap Column is rated to 20,000+ psi. This unique design connects directly to any injection valve (with 10-32 threads) or in-line with 1/16” tubing for unparalleled convenience and efficiency. The EXP™ System enables chemists to quickly remove detergents or salts which can affect the ionization process in MS work. This trapping technique can concentrate the sample directly on-line, allowing for increased recovery of precious sample material compared to off-line techniques. Free-Turn™ architecture allows users to change cartridges by hand without breaking fluid connections on the holder inlet/outlet. The EXP™ Trap Column family now offers packed beds available in 2, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 30mm lengths with diameters ranging from 1-4.6mm and bed volumes from 1.6-600µL. Optimize Technologies EXP™2 Nano Trap In-Line Holder Kit with 6-40 Threads (Includes 1/32" PEEKsil tubing and 4 EXP™2 Fittings)
The EXP™2 Nano Trap System provides the finest low-volume hardware and connections to minimize extra column effects and sample dispersion. The packed beds are extremely versatile: robust for applications calling for trapping in one direction followed by elution in the reverse while adding the absolute lowest swept volume for vented-trap applications where the trap is loaded and eluted in the same direction. EXP™2 Nano Trap Holders are available with 10-32 threaded connections for 1/16” tube ports or 6-40 threaded connections for 1/32” tube ports. Multiple bed volumes and bonded phases are available. EXP™2 fittings allow the Nano Trap to achieve the highest performance at UHPLC pressures while maintaining a small profile to fit tight spaces. Couple with narrow bore (25um, 50um, 100um) PEEKsil tubing to deliver top performance. Additionally, the product features a low swept volume design for peak sharpness and is rated to 20,000+psi.
